Traveling Outside the U.S.

We have traveled extensively outside the United States and each time, we learn some new tips that will help us on our next trip. I have been asked why we like to travel out of the U.S and there are so many reasons. The U.S. also has a ton of reasons that people would want to come here but because Jim and I are from here, we find there are more reasons to travel abroad. Below are some of the reasons:

1) The photos you can take are amazing and so much different than anything you will see in the U.S. The photo below is in Munich. It's the Glockenspiel on the Marienplatz.

2) The people are amazing and it's so much fun to see different cultures. This photo was in Amsterdam. We had been out walking around and it began to rain. We ducked into the first place we could find, which happened to be a bar. We realized there was an F1 race being televised. So we sat down, ordered a drink and watched the race with everyone. We had a blast. The people were amazing!

3) The history can't be beat. In London, we watched the changing of the guards. Something that has been going on for hundreds of years.

4) The food. Eating foods in a different country is amazing. We went to this market in Budapest and wanted to buy one of everything. We ended up with Paprika and are still using it at home.

There are MANY other reasons we love to travel outside the U.S but basically, it's a learning experience that I absolutely love. I can't wait to go on our next adventure!

This kind of sums up my philosophy.
